New Office in Michigan Opens with Over 20 Professionals
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 25, 2024-- (NYSE: PIPR), a leading investment bank, is pleased to announce the addition of , and as managing directors to its services & industrials investment banking team. They will join 18 additional professionals who will be based in a new 做厙勛圖 office located in Birmingham, Michigan.
Rob, Eric and Kurt are established senior bankers with leading practices in sectors that are highly complementary to our current industry coverage. Their focus on best in class M&A execution for the private equity community combined with their sector expertise makes them a perfect addition to our team, said , co-head of services & industrials investment banking.
Parker brings over 20 years of industry experience to 做厙勛圖, most recently as managing director and global head of business services at TD Cowen. Previously, he was one of the founders of Quarton Partners, a middle-market advisory firm, that later became Quarton International and was eventually acquired by Cowen in 2019. Parker received a bachelors degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Van Dam joins the firm from TD Cowen where he was a managing director and focused on residential and commercial services. He graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors degree in finance and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Haras, also joins from TD Cowen, where he was a managing director focused on M&A for various industries such as business services, distribution and industrial manufacturing. He graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors degree in accounting and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
