Christian brings 20 years of experience advising biopharma executives and boards through the lifecycle of their business on complex strategic initiatives and mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and partnership transactions in the U.S., Europe and Asia. During his career, Christian has advised on some of the most relevant strategic transactions in the biopharma sector globally. His transaction experience spans the spectrum from early development-stage private transactions to some of the largest and highest-profile public deals. Draisbach joins the firm from Centerview Partners where he was a managing director primarily focused on clients in the life sciences and broader healthcare sectors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Draisbach worked at Morgan Stanley in the mergers and acquisitions and financial sponsor coverage groups based in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Draisbach earned a M.Sc. in finance from the London School of Economics & Political Science (U.K.) and a B.A. in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
