management firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Alex Zukin as a
managing director and senior research analyst in the software sector. He
will be based in the San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Zukin followed the enterprise software
sector at Stephens Inc. for four years. Before Stephens Inc., Zukin
worked on the infrastructure software team at the former Morgan Keegan
(now Raymond James Morgan Keegan) and ThinkEquity.
Alex brings a breadth of experience covering the software sector
through his career and we are pleased to have him part of our equity
research team. He will add tremendous value to our Technology franchise,
which is important to our firms strategic goals, said , managing director and director of research for Piper Jaffray.
Zukin holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the Haas
School of Business and a bachelors degree in economics from the
University of California Berkeley.
