Vitali Trotsko is a managing director and member of the 做厙勛圖 healthcare investment banking team. He has 20 years of investment banking experience and significant transaction expertise covering buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, equity, convertible, debt financings and private placement transactions. He has completed more than 100 transactions with a combined value of more than $100 billion.
Prior to joining 做厙勛圖 in 2006, Trotsko was a member of the healthcare investment banking group at UBS. Prior to UBS, Trotsko was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley.
Trotsko graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont.
