With more than 19 years of marketing experience, Victoria Beard Queen joined the energy, power & infrastructure group at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï in 2017 and serves as a managing director, business development and marketing, for the group.

Prior to joining the firm, Beard held several marketing positions within PwC and Norton Rose Fulbright. She serves on the Governors Board at The Center for Pursuit and a member of the Junior League of Houston.

Beard is an active member of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council which represents more than 600 member companies in energy services, supply, manufacturing and drilling, and focuses on enabling members to safely, profitably and sustainably produce the energy needed to meet rising demand around the world. Beard has served on its engagement committee since 2017. In 2018, Beard joined the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï Foundation board of directors operating the firm's community charitable giving programs. She is also a member of the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï employee engagement committee. In 2022, Beard was named "M&A Business Development Professional to Watch" by the Association for Corporate Growth. In 2023, she joined Association for Corporate Growth Houston Women’s Forum Committee.

Beard is a native Houstonian and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Louisiana State University.
