Tom Yorke is a director and member of the technology investment banking group at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He works with clients ranging from bootstrapped businesses to public companies across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A, private placements and equity capital markets transactions. Yorke specializes in advising vertical market software and technology businesses, with an emphasis on construction, industrial and field service end markets.

Prior to joining °µÍø³Ô¹Ï in 2021, Yorke worked at Deutsche Bank, TM Capital and KeyBanc Capital Markets, covering technology investment banking at all firms.

Yorke earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College.
