Pam Nightingale is a managing director in the financial sponsors group at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï and is focused on building relationships with professionals in the private equity community. Prior to joining the financial sponsors group in 2006, she was a senior industry banker involved in a full range of investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private equity and debt placements.
Before joining °µÍø³Ô¹Ï in 1998, Nightingale worked at Goldman Sachs for six years, spending time in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices. She also spent two years at HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Nightingale graduated with honors from Bowdoin College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a concentration in Japanese.
