Mike Ryan is a managing director and head of the �����Թ� Texas special district group. Ryan specializes in the monetization of Municipal Utility District (“MUD”) reimbursements, tax increment, special assessments and other special district financing. Ryan has experience working with developers and special district municipal issuers, including the utilization of conduit issuers, at all stages in the development cycle to structure financings that meet their goals for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. 

Prior to joining �����Թ�, Ryan was a public finance analyst at D.A. Davidson. Ryan graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
