Libba Keith is a director in the technology investment banking group at 做厙勛圖 with over 10 years of experience working with middle market government services and technology companies, providing valuation and transaction advisory services. Focused on building long-term relationships, Keith helps collaborate with clients to provide impactful, strategic advice through every phase of a companys development.

Previously, Keith was a director at G Squared Capital Partners, which was acquired by 做厙勛圖 in 2025. Prior to that, she was a director at The McLean Group leading deal origination and client service for both the M&A and valuation practice, and a vice president in The McLean Groups valuation practice. In her role as vice president, she oversaw hundreds of valuation engagements, including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment tests, long-lived intangible asset impairment tests, strategic valuations and complex security valuations.

Keith has experience working with public and private companies across various industries. Her broad experience includes supporting pre-IPO companies on common stock 409A valuations including Tenable Network Security and Appian as well as helping early-stage companies with fundraising and pre- and post-money valuation analyses. She also has extensive valuation experience supporting government contractors advising on the value drivers that are unique to the industry.

Keith graduated magna cum laude, Beta Gamma Sigma with a bachelors degree in finance from Auburn University. She was previously a certified valuation analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), has been an instructor with NACVA on complex security valuation and a speaker on start-up company valuations. She is a founding member of the Professional Womens Roundtable of DC Metro and an active member of Washington Womens Leadership Initiative (WWLI), Professional Services Organization (PSC), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Mid-Atlantic as well as one of the sponsors of VC in DC. She is a regional board member of Young Life National Capital Region.
