Jon Salveson is the vice chairman of °µÍø³Ô¹Ï investment banking.

Prior to his current position, he was the global head of investment banking for seven years. Before that, Salveson spent his career at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï building a leading healthcare underwriting and M&A advisory practice. In 1996, he opened the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï office in Menlo Park, California, where he was instrumental in establishing a large technology and healthcare presence in Silicon Valley, including over 100 investment banking and research professionals.

Salveson graduated from St. Olaf College and received a master’s degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He serves on the boards of Artivion (NYSE: AORT) and several private healthcare companies. Salveson is also a former member of the board of regents at St. Olaf College and the chairman of the endowment, as well as a former trustee of the Oakleaf Endowment Trust for the Minnesota Orchestra.
