Dennis McGuire is a managing director in the Sacramento, California office and member of the public finance group at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï. He joined the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï local government group in early 2001. Since then, he has successfully completed several hundred financings for a number of public agencies in California and Nevada, across a wide variety of projects and credits.

Prior to joining the public finance group, McGuire worked for the firm's municipal trading and underwriting group. He has worked on a broad variety of both long- and short-term financings including Mello-Roos special tax bonds, wastewater, water, general obligation bonds, general fund leases (COPs and lease revenue), redevelopment and successor agency tax allocation bonds, assessment and reassessment financings.

McGuire received a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Davis.
