Chris Clark
Chris Clark is a managing director in the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï services & industrials investment banking group. He is involved in a full-range of investment banking activities, with a primary focus on M&A advisory and private equity-backed transactions.
Clark joined °µÍø³Ô¹Ï in 2013 through the acquisition of Edgeview Partners. Prior to Edgeview, Clark was an acquisition officer for the St. Louis Equity Fund, an equity investor in multi-family residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington & Lee University, a master’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
