Chad Huber is global co-head of equity capital markets at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï, where he focuses on originating and executing equity transactions across the firm’s focus sectors. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Huber was head of healthcare capital markets. Huber joined °µÍø³Ô¹Ï in 2005 as a founding member of the firm’s alternative capital practice. In that role, Huber led the execution of confidentially marketed follow-ons (CMFOs), registered directs (RDs) and private investment in public equity transactions (PIPEs). He has book run more than 300 deals since joining the firm in 2005.

Huber joined °µÍø³Ô¹Ï from OrbiMed Advisors, where he was a member of the private equity group. He also has previous experience in private client services at Smith Barney and M&A experience at The Arbitrage Fund.

Huber earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology with a concentration in organizational studies from Denison University.
