Ashish Bhatnagar
Ashish Bhatnagar is a director and member of the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï healthcare investment banking team, focusing on provider IT solutions within the information-driven healthcare sector. Bhatnagar advises clients across a full range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A for private and public companies, corporate divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, follow-ons, private debt and equity placements and convertible debt financing.
Bhatnagar joined °µÍø³Ô¹Ï from Lazard middle market in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While at Lazard, he was involved in a number of M&A advisory transactions within the industrials sector. Prior to banking, Bhatnagar was a software engineer at Citi.
Bhatnagar received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
