Alex Ring is a managing director in the financial services group at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï. He is responsible for executing M&A and capital raising transactions for companies in the financial services industry, specializing in insurance services, office of the CFO and related professional services providers to the financial services industry. Ring has advised clients on a wide range of M&A transactions across surveillance & investigative services, premium audit, subrogation, auto emergency roadside assistance, accounts receivables management as well as BPO, accounting & tax and consulting services. He has deep experience working with middle market private equity sponsors and private family- and founder-owned businesses.

Previously, Ring was with Lincoln International for 18 years, where he was a managing director and led the firm’s financial services practice.

Ring holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in finance with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
